Scott Eschenbrenner serves as the President and CEO of New Mexico State University’s Aggie Development Incorporated. He also serves as Special Assistant to the President. Aggie Development was created in 2014 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization to manage the university’s real estate and water assets. Eschenbrenner owned and operated Mesilla Valley Appraisal Services for 20 years before taking on his new role with NMSU in June of 2015. Eschenbrenner’s primary responsibilities are the oversight, management and development of the university real estate and water assets. Responsibilities include establishing and executing joint venture and strategy for the successful execution of real estate development projects, particularly as it relates to the university's real estate and water assets.
